Job Description:

• Oversee centre's daily operations, including manpower planning and emergency responses
• Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and infection control procedures
• Coach and supervise doulas and front line staff, including rostering and appraisal
• Develop and provide training to ensure compliance with hygiene and operation standard
• Review and investigate incidents and complaints
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and repair of equipment

Job requirement:

• Holder of a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Min. 5 years of experience preferably in obstetrics and neonatal units
• Min. 3 years of management experience preferably gained from Private Hospitals / Clinics
• Responsible, flexible, able to work multi-tasking, work independently and as a team
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills preferred
• With a customer-oriented and quality assurance mindset
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
• Knowledge in MS Office applications
