Our client "Mani Limited" is seeking a System Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for system analysis, implementation, enhancement and support various enterprise applications
• Liaise & collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for successful implementation, from user requirement collection, technical specification transformation, bug fixing, testing to training, and related documentation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, applications and networking
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend and implement solutions to fulfil business needs and enhance business operation
• Provide support in vendor management, project management, planning and execution of IT initiatives for continuous improvement
• Support any ad-hoc IT projects as required.

Who are they looking for?

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Hands on experience in ERP system, network administration, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft 365, MS Office, systems support
• Experience in vendor management and E-Commerce platform development is a plus
• Self-driven, well-organized and able to work independently with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
