Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities and services, including record keeping, mail distribution, and phone inquiries
- Schedule appointments and meetings, both internally and externally
- Handle conference calls and coordinate board room bookings
- Arrange business travel, including reservations, visas, and expense claims.
- Purchase administrative supplies
- Manage company assets inventory
- Assist with office logistics e.g., network communication, fire safety, IT support, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and system setup
- Assist with company activities and greet visitors
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Territory education in business administration or relevant
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the field of office administration, experience in MNC would be an advantage
- Experience in managing and leading office removal will be a plus
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, work independently and a good team player
- Well-versed in MS Office applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
