Responsibilities:

• Overall planning and execution of assigned fair(s);
• Formulate sales strategies, generate sales lead, develop key accounts, and promote the assigned fair(s);
• Plan and forecast budget and revenue and monitor expenses of assigned fair(s);
• Establish and maintain good relationships with sales agents, trade associations, partners and key clients;
• Plan and monitor the implementation of on-site fringe programme;
• Lead the team to complete the task assigned to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction;
• Supervise all on-site management from construction, exhibitor and visitor servicing to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in exhibition industry with at least 3 years in managerial level;
• Knowledge in textiles industry is an advantage;
• Outgoing personality and high EQ to face difficulty;
• Aggressive, enthusiastic, independent, detail-minded, result-oriented and well-organized;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Willing to take responsibility and able to work under pressure to achieve targets;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel overseas.
