Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The objective of this role is to increase user adoption and engagement of AXA's digital solutions, for our digital platforms to support AXA customers & distributions, through promotion, training and support
- To build strong working relationship with distribution channels to achieve our objective
- Through helpdesk/whatsapp/email, support our distribution channels (e.g. agency) to resolve enquiries arise from usage of our digital platforms
- Communicate & promote, through agency roadshows/promotion video/emails etc., to our distribution channels on the benefits of using our digital platforms
- Execute initiatives & projects to achieve the targets set on Emma by AXA for distribution channels e.g. training, user guide development, contest etc.
- To establish regular 2-way communications with distribution channels, e.g. prepare agency bulletin, FAQs, Focus Group, eDM, tutorial video etc.
- Proactive in providing feedbacks, drive and contribute to ongoing improvement on Emma by AXA
Requirements:
- High diploma or above, with minimum of 1-3 years solid work experience in the area of digital adoption and/or support to distribution channel, preferably gained in the insurance sector
- Experienced in working with insurance agents or in customer service will be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
- Some technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
- Patience, strong relationship building, customer service and presentation skills, with a problem-solving & can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Video editing skill will be a plus
- Proactive and goal oriented, willingness to accept new challenge and tasks
- Strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work
