Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update lift & escalator layout and design drawings
• Responsible for layout and shop drawings checking among the team
• Define the specification of lift & escalator to suit the clients' requirements
• Coordinate with project engineers on both drawings and actual site condition
• Ensure timely submission of drawings for approval
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and factory to provide drawings or technical advices
• Liaise with site supervisors and subcontractors to perform site measurement on MOD projects for drawing preparations

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Civil / Structural / Building Services or related disciplines 
• 5 years or above relevant experience in E&M or Civil drawing for construction projects.  Experience in elevator / escalator industry is an advantage
• Well versed with computer aided drawing (CAD) software
• Detail minded with strong organization skill
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for Design Engineer position
