Responsibilities:

• Manage product life cycle & development;
• Work closely with design team and sales teams to manage product design, construction, costing, MOQ, sample/bulk production to ensure product quality and lead-time;
• Proactively provide structural suggestions / options to reduce product cost and improve the product quality;
• Supplier management – maintain supplier quality level; make sure supplier understand on company expectation; and supplier sourcing;
• Market research for new technology;
• Maintain product data base;
• Technical check and control on production drawings, prototypes and production;
• Occasional travel to China or oversea may be required.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years solid experience in eyewear development (with engineering background and production experience);
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking;
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Illustrator;
• Good communication skills and team player, able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
