Responsibilities

• Manage the overall security and materials control operation of the Company
• Develop, implement and maintain security procedures and practices covering the Company’s’ operation including but not limited to production processes
• Ensure existing security control systems are sufficient and effective in face of  current and potential threats to the Company including the people and properties, and propose improvement to meet with changing circumstances
• Liaise and coordinate with local authorities / law enforcement agencies on security management
• Provide security training for all staff; ensure that the staff strictly followed internal control and work instructions on security
• Establish and implement methodologies and best practices for  the systems and processes that support inventory forecasting and materials control
• Oversee materials planning, delivery management and inventory control
• Oversee logistic operation and access control of high security stores

Requirements

• Degree holder in Security Management or a related discipline is preferred.  Non-degree graduate having at least 15 years of relevant working experience will also be considered
• Minimum 8 years working experience in managerial position of security management or disciplinary forces
• Experience in electronic and physical security control system applications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in shipment handling and cost control   
• Profound knowledge in crisis management, risk assessment and people management
• Good connections with the Police Force and security services companies will be an advantage
• Good command of PC application 
• Good command of English and Cantonese, with Putonghua a definite plus
