Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for system development projects in hospitals projects to manage user demand & requirement analysis, solution design & proposal, rollout & post-implementation support
2. Engage and co-ordinate with end-users throughout the project cycle
3. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications
4. Work with system developers to implement the solutions and carry out required testing before production
5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements: 

1. High Diploma or above in Business, Health Information Systems, Public Health, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with healthcare industry and system development life cycle is preferrable 
3. Experience in business analysis with good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Self-initiated, self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
6. Less experience will be considered as Junior BA or Project Coordinator
