Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process of strategic planning, feature management, development, testing, and launching, taking accountability for the final product performance
• Competitor analysis and market research of the market
• Capture the most leading-edge projects, explore innovative schemes, and output product strategies
• Decentralized P2P product design. Plan, organize and deliver new products and features with an international vision
• Design innovative web3 growth tools, based on the whole wallet

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Deep involvement in the blockchain market with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and good problem solving skills
• Passionate in Crypto, DeFI, and NFT, strong learning ability and curiosity, able to actively provide strategy to support 
• Familiar with most DeFI protocols, NFT platform, etc. 
• Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
