Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Business support:
- Assist the CEO in client & business partners meetings
- Negotiate partnership agreements with banks/ broker to ensure successful partnership integration
- Prepare bilingual pitchbook and presentations for RMs in order to facilitate meetings
Marketing:
- Manage digital and social media platform to meet business objective
- Assist in drafting, editing and reviewing promotion materials including company website, brochures, LinkedIn, ppt and press releases
- Prepare factsheets for private funds; corporate announcements, daily updates for sfc authorized fund
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in Hong Kong
- Prepare regular research on market trend, market development and statistics in order to identify and develop business opportunities
- Organize marketing activities including internal and external client events
- Provide support in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, MBA / finance/ marketing will be preferred
- AT least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial / marketing / business development/ top management executive assistant / legal profession
- Excellent English and Mandarin expression and writing skills;
- Strong self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Independent, hard-working, and accountable with excellent time management
- Well-developed project management and organizational skills
