Job Description
 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Manage service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Exercise proactive service management to meet and exceed committed service levels, consistently and effectively
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate customer facing reports on regular basis
• Review and track customer incidents and support the customers’ business requirements
• Contract and Ordering Management
• Support other business projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned, if necessary, from time to time

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines
• Relevant customer service or technical support experience in Information Technology or Telecommunication industry or from Data Centre.
• Passion to make a difference , result-oriented with good business acumen, analytical skills.
• Positive, confident, presentable and with an ability to listen and articulate
• Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
• Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Independent, attention to details and self-motivated
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Operations Executive
