RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Setup and manage BMS system
• Setup controllers and gateway
• Provide guidance regarding equipment installation details, testing and commissioning methods and safety awareness
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure that project targets are achieved

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services or E&M or equivalent and Degree Holder is preferred
• 3 years or above relevant working experience gained from Main Contractors or E&M Contractors in Hong Kong
• Hands on experience in controller and gateway for HVAC or Electrical works
• Experience with BIM is highly preferred
• Candidate with more qualification or experience will considered as Senior BMS Engineer
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
