Randstad is actively working with various Financial Services Companies in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for several IT Support (Help-desk) talents to prove day-to-day IT Support in Asia region.

about the job.

  • Manage endpoint devices and IT infrastructure in Asia.
  • Monitor and route tickets.
  • Provide IT support for software, hardware, and other issues, like tier-1 troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and support servers and network equipment.
  • Manage licenses and inventory.
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve system health and stability.
  • Coordinate with vendors for operational excellence.
  • Analyze root causes and enhance IT policies.
  • Create documentation for troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Support new systems and procedures.

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's degree (degree earned in a technical field would be advantageous)
  • Experience with Windows/Mac software and connectivity support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with financial products and services is a plus
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (knowing Mandarin is a plus)
