We continuously dedicate to provide excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites candidates for the position of :-

Responsibilities:
 

• Deploy at various building locations including different entrances, turnstiles at office lobbies on G/F & 3/F, 24 hours’ control room, VVIP lift lobby, concierge counter etc.
• Provide 24/7 frontline building operation & access control at turnstiles
• Conduct patrol and facility inspection
• Manage crowd control in the events
• Check defects during takeover stage

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• Experience in security related field, preferable in Grade A commercial building
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
• Knowledge of building facilities operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Shift duty is required
