Our client "A Team Plus (Hong Kong) Limited" is seeking an Event Executive to join their team in Hong Kong!

A Team is a professional audio & visual management firm, servicing area includes musical concert, large size party. 

What you’ll be doing?

• Liaise with customer and monitor the progress of event/ project 
• Assist on event preparation and setups
• Assist with preparation of meeting room bookings report
• Coordinate with internal/ external regarding engineer, production and logistic arrangements  
• Prepare for the necessary reports, e.g. capacity, sales, quotation  
• Outdoor working is a must e.g. meeting, site-visit and on-site for the event/ project progress 
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Overtime and duty on Saturday/ Sunday are required

Who are they looking for?

• DSE or above  
• Minimum 3 years of Event/ Project Management experience  
• Self-motivated, responsible and with strong Interpersonal skills
• Good customer servicing attitude and manner 
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Willing to work under irregular working hours
• Willing to work in cat-world office
