Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the warehouse and daily operations of Logistics Management services.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Build and sustain good relationship with our customers and explore potential customers.
• Monitor and manage the performance of service providers to ensure excellent service is provided.
• Work closely with internal departments to maintain all operating procedures, safety practices, training requirements and documentation are complied with rules and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage and/or enhance the current operations.
• Provide inventory analysis and regular reports for management.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Job Requirements         

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years’ experience in supervisory level, preferably in logistics department of freight forwarder.
• Familiarity with freight commercials, including charges and rate trends.
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in reporting and analytics support in logistics field is advantageous.
• Experience with Logistics IT Software Solution is advantageous.
