• Responsible for managing claims including coverage determination, quantum analysis and legal liability assessment, where appropriate within authority limits;
• Demonstrate a basic standard of technical claims competence for handling all Property & Liability and Employees Compensation Insurance claims to ensure achieving service turnaround time and KPI targets
• Participate in-service meetings with client groups
• Provide quality customer services and handle relevant complaint cases
• Assist in workflow review, continuous claims process implementation and improvement
• Assist in compiling regular management reports
• Handle ad hoc projects such as systems enhancement and reporting as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder or tertiary graduate with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling Property & Casualty insurance claims
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Analytical and detailed-minded in problem-solving
• Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of integrity and trust
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
