Position: Product Developer / Product Designer  

Job Duty:

• Work closely with the sales team to design and develop new product catalogs, customized trim boards, and PowerPoint presentations
• Research the latest materials and production technology in the market, cooperate with suppliers to source new materials
• Develop new products in combination with fashion trends and market factors, closely work with the factory to manage the development process
• Trims development for the company's regular and seasonal catalogs, ensuring the newly developed products are up to company standards
• Design and develop corporate branded merchandise, company brochures, etc.
• Occasional travel to the factory for new product development projects and meetings
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, responsible for the design and execution of the booth and product display
• Work closely with sales team to execute 3D digitization work for products
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Product development experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferable
• Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion Design or Textile relevant major is preferable
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is a must
• Experience in 3D Software such as CLO, Browzwear, and Swatchbook is highly preferable
• Knowledge of textile, soft trims, and garment production process is highly preferable
• Have a keen sense of fashion and sportswear
• Excellent communication skills to work with colleagues, suppliers and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Adaptive to a multi-tasked environment
• Resulted oriented, flexible in finding alternatives and solution 
• 5 working days per week
