Job Description

Reservations Supervisor / Agent 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations, enquiries and answer emails
  • Perform up-selling skills and courtesy over the phone
  • Provide accurate hotel information to guest while handling the reservations
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Reservations Manager
  • More experience will be consider as higher position

Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • With prior hotel experiences would be an advantage

 

Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation of reception counter
  • Handle guests checking in / out process
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
  • Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
