Job Description
Reservations Supervisor / Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations, enquiries and answer emails
- Perform up-selling skills and courtesy over the phone
- Provide accurate hotel information to guest while handling the reservations
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Reservations Manager
- More experience will be consider as higher position
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- With prior hotel experiences would be an advantage
Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of reception counter
- Handle guests checking in / out process
- Maintain a good relationship with customers
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
- Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
