一、 崗位職責:
1.負責制定公司,以及各子公司的年度市場推廣計畫;
2.負責上報與審批各類宣傳推廣及費用的計畫,監控預算執行情況並及時呈報;
3.負責對市場投入的業務審批工作,按計畫合理支配、使用公司批准的市場經費,並合理控制成本;
4.負責部門建設與維護,進行業務指導和考核;
5.負責跨部門跨區域協調與維護等,最大程度完成市場推廣目標。
二、 任職資格:
1. 需要廣告學、市場行銷等相關專業,學士及以上學歷;
2. 要求15年以上市場領域工作經驗,8年以上移民市場推廣相關工作經驗,至少10年團隊管理經驗;
3. 具備良好的市場敏銳度及邏輯分析能力,有優秀的市場分析和應變能力,熟悉現時各類市場推廣手段(尤其目前各類自媒體、電子媒體),具備良好的規劃能力及執行力;
4. 具備先進的行銷理念,擁有市場行銷、市場策劃、廣告策劃、互聯網推廣、品牌打造與建設、數據處理與分析、媒體、談判技巧等相關知識與能力,對市場行銷工作有深刻的理解和認知,熟悉各類媒體的應用方式,對品牌建設有獨特理解;
5. 熟悉移民市場運作及推廣策略,對移民行業、客戶和媒體具有深刻理解,瞭解全球移民市場,尤其是大中華地區、本港移民市場,洞察客戶需求,從而吸引更多客戶來港;
6. 瞭解同行公司,掌握市場分析、競品分析等方法及能力;
7. 要求具備良好的組織協調及溝通能力、優秀的管理能力,能與大中華、中國香港、內外各級部門緊密合作,統籌大中華市場推廣工作,提高專案執行效率;
8. 抗壓能力強,敬業度高,責任心強,具備良好的職業道德;
9. 熟練掌握各類辦公軟體,精通粵語、普通話,達母語水準。

Promotion Director of Talents Admission and New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme
I. Responsibilities:
- Making annual marketing plans for the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Submitting and obtaining approval for various promotional plans and budgets, monitoring budget implementation, and report regularly.
- Reviewing and approving market investment proposals, allocating and utilizing approved marketing funds according to plan, and control costs effectively.
- Building and managing the department, providing business guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
- Coordinating and collaborating between departments and regions to maximize marketing goals.
II. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in advertising, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in immigration marketing and 10 years in team management.
- Strong market acumen and analytical skills, excellent market analysis and adaptability, familiarity with current marketing methods (especially new media and electronic media), and strong planning and execution abilities.
- Possess advanced marketing concepts and knowledge of marketing, market planning, advertising planning, internet promotion, brand building, data processing and analysis, media, and negotiation skills. Have a deep understanding of marketing and brand building.
- Familiar with the operation and promotion strategies of the immigration market, have a deep understanding of the immigration industry, customers, and media, and be familiar with the global immigration market, especially in Greater China and Hong Kong. Being able to identify clients' needs and attract more applications to Hong Kong.
- Understand competitor companies and possess market analysis and competitor analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, as well as strong management skills. Ability to work closely with departments at all levels in Greater China and Hong Kong to coordinate marketing efforts and improve project execution efficiency.
- Strong resilience, high level of dedication, strong sense of responsibility, and outstanding professional ethics.
- Proficient in various office software, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese at a native level.
