Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responding to client IT support requests
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1-2 years' experience in technical support
- Experience in trouble-shooting and problem-resolve in computer environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
