Job Duties:

• Responding to client IT support requests
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years' experience in technical support
• Experience in trouble-shooting and problem-resolve in computer environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
