A leading logistics company is looking for a warehouse management system manager to join its IT team and oversee the implementation and maintenance of its WMS solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional / technical specifications
• Assist internal & external parties in designing the WMS solution in the RFP process and deliver efficient solution to operation team
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot the WMS applications and interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the end users, resolving any WMS issues and incidents.
• Prepare necessary documentation (user guide/ change request) to ensure the system flow transparent.
• Plan and coordinate user training / SIT/ UAT
• Ensure the WMS system complies with the company's policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ Logistics or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing WMS projects, preferably in the supply chain /warehousing industry (with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager).
• Proficient in Excel, SQL(Oracle Preferred) 
• Strong knowledge of WMS applications, EDI/API interfaces, and functionalities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-initiative, with positive mindset, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Certification in WMS or project management is a plus.
• Good in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
