If you think if you can join a professional and dynamic team and become the first point of contact for our guests, here’s your key responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with visitor registration, conference room reservations, switchboard calls and emails handling.
• Manage from small to large traffic flow and ensure a smooth customer experience is met in the reception area at all time
• Learn and execute on-the-job training program
• Liaise with different departments and vendors to set up meetings and events
• Provide supports to the Operations/Guest Services Manager in various ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the hotel, guest services, or tourism industry is a plus. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• A detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS applications and computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Well-presented appearance and professional manner
• A hardworking and team player attitude
• Applicant with more experiences will be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer
