Experienced Recruiter / Sourcer / Researcher (No BD/Sales/KPIs Required)

• Source candidates of all levels and across different industries and functions using multiple recruitment channels
• Approach potential candidates via InMail, referrals, networking, cold calls and email based on the hiring needs
• Update the each candidates into internal database
• Create and refine the sourcing pitch in a timely manner 
• Maintain a high level of candidate experience 
• Market mapping and cold calling maybe required 
   

Experienced Human Resources / Consultants / Practice Leaders 

• Actively reach out to potential clients for business development across different industries and functions 
• Work together with the team to source candidates 
• Work closely with hiring managers (clients) to understand the requirements, terms & conditions
• Maintain close relationship with the clients and potential clients
• Act as a true divisional advisor on all aspects of experienced hiring including direct sourcing initiatives, diversity programs, internal mobility and the employee referral program 
• Take ownership of divisional recruiting and independently manage all aspects of vendor engagement, budget and recruiting strategy
• Proactively keep up to date, understand and map the availability of divisional talent in the industry
