• We are looking for  Sales Coordinator  - with details as follows : 

 
The Job : 

• Report to Sales Manager 
• Work in a Sales team of 5 members
• Liaise with customers for business activities, orders and delivery issues
• Function as a Key Player to link up new product development to mass production
• Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• Track and monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery
• Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties
• Prepare sales reviews and analysis
• Follow up payment from customer in timely manner
• Ad-hoc projects assigned by the management 
• 5 years or above experience in watch industry is preferred
• Experience in using ERP or SAP is highly prefer
• Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• 5 days work
• Free lunch box
• Very few OT work is required
