With over 40 years of experience, a big part of our internal logistics is automated, making us one of the most modern and integrated flower suppliers in the industry. Our live web-shop enables clients to order from 4,000+ varieties of fresh flowers and plants with just one click, orders are then picked by robots, hand-packed, and freshly delivered to over 50 countries worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the Asia sales team and turnover, review key performance indicators of regions
• Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives for the team
• Conduct market research and develop business strategies to enter new markets and expand client coverage in Asia
• Build strong relationships with clients; liaise with head office and local logistic partners on clients’ orders and shipments
• Occasional travel to visit clients within Asia and meeting at the Netherlands head office
• Recruit, train, and support the Asia team
• Prepare and present regional sales reports and strategies to senior management
• Develop marketing and advertising plans along with head office
• Handle annual company administrations with relevant parties

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in the flower industry and a management-related role
• Fast learner to new systems and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
