Our client “The Spin Inc Limited” is seeking a Private Club Program Manager to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Provide a administrative support while being actively involved in the day-to-day operation 
• Planning, promoting and organizing sports and recreation activities 
• Provide courteous and professional services at all times in handing Members’ enquires and their complaints 
• Provide support to the Sports and Leisure Co-ordinators and Sports and Leisure 
• Attendants in serving Members and their guests 
• Engaging with Members during Clubhouse operation hours 
• Administer Members’ reservation and registration related to sports courts usage and ancillary services 
• Ensure cost effectiveness and technical efficiency of all services performed by outside contractors with close supervision 
• Ensure that all facilities in the Clubhouse related with all sports are operating well 
• Review the profitability and success of each activity 
• Prepare month ends reports, surveys, trends, operations statistics that serve to support future projects for management review 
• Design class packages and monthly activities, events and Camp.  Communicate with coaches and to make sure everything goes smoothly 
• Always notify members in advance about their regular classes booking and new class packages and activities we can offer. 
• Help in verbal promotion of various programmes, facilities and services of the Clubhouse, and handle simple sales of sports items available at the reception area 

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree holder in Clubhouse Management or related discipline and solid experience in operating a higher standards club house facilities 
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience and managerial level 
• Related Golf and related technical experience will be an added advantage 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
