Job Purpose: 

To perform the day to day Remittances and clearing activities and transactions. Monitor service provider for liability products and remittance activities.

To monitor RTGS settlement account on a real time basis through Queue management. To coordinate with settlement banks and other banks for ensuring timely receipt of funds.

Monitor and perform reconciliation of office accounts and Nostro accounts. 

Core Responsibility: 

• Queue management of RTGS settlement account.
• To coordinate with Treasury operations and service providers  for monitoring and processing transactions
• Process Remittance transactions. Inward and Outward
• Monitoring Nostro Reconciliation of the branch
• Monitoring the SoX walkthrough and test control of the branch
• HK branch Coordinator for Hong Kong Interbank clearing limited
• To ensure Throughput ratio guidelines for CHATS
• Processing account servicing requests
• Any other projects and activities  assigned from Time to time
