Our client “Zensho Hong Kong Co., Limited” is seeking an Inventory Freshness Control Assistant to join their company!  

 
What you’ll be doing?

• Assist purchasing team in day-to-day procurement operations.
• Prepare and follow up purchasing orders, shipment & delivery arrangement.
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor stock level.
• Handle shipment, purchase food ingredients from suppliers.
• Act as an Interpreter between suppliers, central kitchen and stores.
• Order and contact to trading partners or suppliers.

Who are they looking for? 

• High Diploma or equivalent in business, supply chain, statistics, procurement or a related discipline.
• Experience in F&B industry is definitely an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
