This well-reputed insurer is seeking an experienced product development manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the product strategies for growth, contributing significantly to expanding business landscape.


Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of creating new products and improving existing ones. Ensure these projects meet high quality standards and innovative ideas
• Develop and implement comprehensive product development strategies, with a focus on innovative and high-quality life products
• Collaborate with various teams including Actuarial, Finance, IT, and Marketing to make sure product development in compliance with legal guidelines and company policies
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends and competition and evaluate the opportunities in the market
• Analyse customer data /feedback to identify new product concepts.

 

Skills & Experiences Required

• Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Development
• Experience with life products will be a significant advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating across various functions 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
