Responsibilities: 

• Oversee project planning and monitor the progress of construction works and ensure all of them are on schedule 
• Act as Authorized Signatory and Technical Director for the registered contractor in BD registration system
• Ensure smooth BD submissions and related statutory submissions

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or construction technology related disciplines
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) is a MUST
• MHKIE / MIStructE / MICE or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years’ working experience in building and construction industry 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
