Our client "Oasis Brand Communications Company Limited" is seeking an Account Director to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• You’ll work as part of a client services team with SAM, AM, and AE support, working across all types of events, from hybrid to experiential, many of which are large-scale events with 200K+ traffic. 
• Our clients are all the top-tier commercial developers, and events are both B2B and B2C. 
• You’ll take oversight of all clients and projects in your team, acting as both the main point of contact for clients and their brand and production guardian, leading your team through the delivery of successful events for clients. 
• You’ll thoroughly understand brand objectives and be able to confidently oversee creative solutions, ensuring synergy between creative, technical, and budgets. 
• You’ll know how best to help your team deliver; you’ll know when to be more hands-on and how best to support your team.

Who are they looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of account servicing or event management experience in related industry
• Solid academic background with major in market communications
• Experience in handling Mall events & production is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP)
• Willing to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team Builder & Deal maker
• You should be an experienced account director with a solid background within agency roles and ideally have worked on leading the delivery of large-scale events and production, as well as communications. 
• You’ll need a strong appreciation for creativity, experience with significant budget management, and top-notch project management and team management skills.
