Job Description
This role is based in Hong Kong and offers the chance to lead a dedicated sales team, develop strategic business projects, and expand the company's presence in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for key accounts, business development, and ensuring steady growth within the industry.
- Lead a dedicated sales team of 4-6 staff
- Develop BD strategies for China
- Hybrid work mode with occasional business travel
What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading their China business. You will lead a dedicated sales team, developing strategic plans that drive growth across China. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding their presence through tailored marketing campaigns and innovative business development strategies. You will handle key accounts, evaluate industry trends, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial strategies. Your leadership skills will shine as you guide, motivate, and coach your team towards success.
- Report to the management team in Hong Kong
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand China market
- Work closely with marketing team on marketing materials and campaigns
- Develop and manage key accounts and be responsible for business development
- Identify potential opportunities to achieve business goals
- Manage and coach a team of sales
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial strategies and initiatives

- Bachelor degree in Business Administrationor related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the ecommerce logistics
- Native Mandarin speaker with proficiency in spoken and written English and chinese
- Solid business development track record
- Previous experience in team management / leadership role
- Independent and sales-driven individual
