Airfreight General Manager/Asst. General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the airfreight operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster strong relationships with Airlines, Co-loaders, & Warehouse.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize operational processes and logistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and other relevant metrics to the top management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in airfreight operations management, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent knowledge of airfreight industry practices, regulations, and market trends.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with Airlines, Co-loaders, Overseas Agents & Customers.
• Proficient in using relevant software and technologies for airfreight management.
• Proficient in English & Putonghua
