Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspection of construction site activities
• Handle daily coordination to facilitate the execution of site works
• Monitor and control site work progress
• Ensure work quality are in compliance with statutory and contract requirement
• Review Contractors’ drawing proposals and material submissions for conformity with the relevant works contract
• Manage testing and commissioning and handover of completed works
• Assist with site walk arrangement with potential tenants
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in commercial project
• Hands-on experience in construction site work quality control and supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in MS word and Excel
