Responsibilities:

• Provide overall supports to Technical Team
• Manage / Assist in planning and supervision of repair & maintenance and improvement works / A&A Works
• Manage / Assist in procurement of technical materials / equipment / systems
• Manage / Assist in defect inspection and report preparation
• Manage / Assist in administration of project management / contract works
• Manage / Assist in payment assessment / variation claim / cost control matters

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Building Studies / Construction / Architectural / Structural Engineering / Building Services / E&M / Facility Management or related disciplines
• Have knowledge in Buildings Ordinance and Subsidiary Legislation
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent problems solving, interpersonal and coordination skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Capable in PC applications in MS Office, MS project and AutoCAD
• Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
• Fresh graduate in related disciplines will also be considered. 
• Candidate with more experience and qualification will be considered as Building Services Engineer / Senior BSE
