Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing frozen meat specialist, looking for a competent and aggressive sales professional to drive their growth in Hong Kong.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with customers in the F&B industry. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify new business opportunities, promote their frozen meat products, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the F&B industry, including restaurants, bars, chains, and other foodservice channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our frozen meat products.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance, track customer orders and trends, and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the F&B industry, inparticular the Frozen Meat category.
- Strong knowledge and network of the F&B industry, including restaurants, bars, chains, and foodservice channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
