DNA Recruit Partner is partnering with a reputable hospitality group and they are looking for a Head of HR, C&B to join their team. This role will strongly focus in C&B, HR Analytics & strategy. Responsibility:  

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, with a particular focus on HR  Analytics & strategy
• Manage Compensation and Benefits (C&B) operations for Hong Kong
• Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term strategies to ensure the sustainability and success of the business.
• Provide HR-related consultancy to internal business leaders.
• Develop and execute the annual manpower plan based on business needs.
• Participate in any C&B analytical projects

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role. 
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Extensive expertise in Compensation and Benefits operations, particularly in payroll management and analytical duties
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's Labor Ordinances and statutory regulations.
• Analytical thinking and a strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skill and presentational skill
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
