A leading Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for Senior Credit Control Manager (90k)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of credit control professionals, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operations of credit control, including credit application processing, credit limit reviews, and collections activities.
• Develop and execute credit control policies, strategies, and procedures to optimize cash flow, minimize bad debt, and mitigate credit risk.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through rigorous financial analysis, credit checks, and evaluation of payment history.
• Continuously review and enhance credit control policies to ensure alignment with dynamic business and market conditions.
• Foster seamless collaboration with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective credit management throughout the organization.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external credit reporting agencies, legal professionals, and collection agencies.
• Devise and implement strategies to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a high-performance culture and excellence in credit collection activities.
• Vigilantly monitor project progress, milestones, and potential risks, swiftly implementing appropriate measures to keep projects on track.
• Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive credit control data and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in credit control, credit management, or related roles, showcasing a proven track record of successfully implementing robust credit control strategies and policies.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, effectively maximizing credit control processes to ensure optimal financial stability and risk mitigation for the business.
• Possess advanced knowledge of credit risk assessment techniques, credit scoring models, and industry-best credit control practices.
• Display a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Showcase strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities, enabling the effective analysis of complex financial data and the formulation of sound credit decisions.
