Responsibility: 

• Independently handle order processing from Development to Production 
• Work closely with overseas counterparts, and Asian production sites. 
• To secure orders on-time in good quality according to requirements. Keep every step in the process as simple and effective as possible. 
• Be aware of ongoing trends and product development concerns through co-operation with PD & Material sourcing team. 
• Identify and minimize potential risks during production stages
• Optimize best deal and order placement according to capacity strategy set by manager price, lead time, quality and delivery precision.
• Proactive work in offering the buying team package deals and better options in terms of cost, an optimized lead time and secured quality. 
• Input in IT systems, T&A tracking chart, cost and capacity tools and issue order sheet on time. 
• Settle any potential problems with QA team and factories. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in textiles / clothing studies.
• 1-4 years of working experience in sourcing office or trading company. 
• Good product knowledge of lingerie, intimate garments, seamless apparels 
• Good command of English and Chinese.  
• Strong computer skill of using ERP systems, MS office,  vlookup / xlookup and pivot table. 
• Good working attitude and eager to learn, self-motivated.
