Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Director in monitoring business progress in daily basis;
• Closely work with the Operation Team to ensure an in-depth understanding of the objectives and smooth project execution;
• Provides full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Operation Director;
• Researches and assembles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of business projects and correspondences;
• Collaboration with different teams on business administration work;
• Responsible for doing analysis reports and producing materials related to business operations, such as drafting contract, proposal, project budgeting etc.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignment as required.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder of business administration, marketing and related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience required;
• Experience in Immigration Consultancy industry is an advantage; 
• Mainland background is an advantage;
• Be sensitive in sourcing and analyzing data for preparing reports;
• Initiative, honest, flexible, fast-paced, multi-tasking, sense of numeric and able to work independently; 
• Positive mindset and mature with high sense of integrity and confidentiality;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Less experience and qualification will be considered.
