Reporting to the Senior Transport Supervisor of Logistics & Transport Branch, the appointee will be responsible for provision of full passenger transport, mailing and pool vehicle support services to respective users of the company. Major duties include:

• Lead, supervise, train and motivate work team to ensure that they are competent to provide transport-related support services for CLP users, including but not limited to the requirement of mailing, routine shuttle, cross PRC border services, Chauffeurs, pool vehicle hire services and other passenger transport support for the company
• Oversee the operation of pool vehicle performance, monitor closely the vehicle utilizations in ShamShuiPo Centre with the use of an online Pool Car Management System
• Manage and monitor closely with coach contractors for cost-effective service delivery in compliance with CLP policies and standards
• Administer staff/contractors’ records on annual leave, overtime and shift roster etc. through online system 
• Assist Fleet Administration team to apply for all associated driving licenses and permits applications from various government offices, including PRC permits in Shenzhen as appropriate
• Assist in handling all fleet operations related issues for ShamShuiPo pool vehicles, including but not limited to eToll system, coordination of Motor Vehicle License & Permits renewal in vehicles and driving induction to drivers for new vehicle models
• Assist in annual fleet planning activites such as fixed asset review and budgeting
• To operate and perform safety check for carpark facilities, EV chargers and other vehicular tools & equipment which meet the company safety standards
• As an incident co-ordinator for reporting and follow up on incident related to vehicles in Shamshuipo Centre
• Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and support emergency transport service during typhoon and/or adverse weather even outside normal working hours
• Act as a focal point in various Company’s transport & logistics related activities and initiatives, and be responsible for other ad-hoc projects and related duties as directed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), or Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE including English Language, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operating and managing a substantial vehicle fleet
• Strong knowledge of best practices in fleet management, including maintenance, logistics and safety protocols 
• Solid experience in managing systems, machinery, software and tools relating to fleet management
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and MS Word (English and Chinese).
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and basic knowledge of Putonghua
• Customer oriented, proactive, willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Good supervisory and communication skills
• Mindful and with good safety awareness
• Possession of a valid HK driving license of Class 1 & 2 while Class 4 & 9 and PRC driving license is an advantage
