Job Responsibilities

• Handle all sort of customers' inquiries including phone calls, whatsapp and walk-in inquires
• Promote and sell sleep products and diagnostic services to patients & healthcare professionals
• Assist manager in providing pre-sale and after-sales services
• Prepare quotation, sales invoice, purchase order, inventory and sales analysis
• Identify & maximize sales opportunities via email marketing, SMS and whatsapp promotions 
• Planning and execution of sales campaigns to boost showroom sales
• Analyze and provide solutions to solve customers' problems and improve their satisfaction in a continuous basis
• Prepare content for marketing materials and arrange production

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Science discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Presentable, strong sales and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese, good spoken and written Chinese and English
• Working hours: Tue to Fri 10:30-19:00 and Sat 9:30-17:00
