Working hours :  from 14:00 to 23:00 with 1.5 dinner hours ( Mon – Fri ) 

Salary :  HK$20K 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide help daily phone support and enquiries to the banks and brokerage firms.
• Perform daily operations and system monitoring.
• Handle all the on-going maintenance and client operation support activities; 
• Follow up production issues, e.g. investigate the root causes and ensure remedial and corrective measures are implemented.
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High Diploma or above in Business, Finance, Information Technology or any related disciplines preferred; 
• Experience in banking or financial operation/system support has preferable advantage;
• Self-motivate, reliable and can work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Positive working attitude, passionate to learn industry knowledges and result-oriented;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner and responsive to clients’ enquiries;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Fresh graduate is also considered.
