Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely renewal and updating of all premise licenses and other administrative responsibilities
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties on daily basis
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational compliance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
   

Requirements:

• Preferably a Higher Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the F&B industry
• Experience in managing multi-brand chain restaurants is advantageous
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
