As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.

Responsibilities

• Handle A&A Project (Commercial / Retail/ F&B/ License premises)
• Design of electrical and mechanical installation for the projects
• Supervise Project Team to prepare and submit project documents, such as design drawings, construction drawings, material submission, T&C, method statements and maintenance manual for client's approval
• Conduct project review from design stage to construction stage/ handover;
• To liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in electrical and mechanical installation
• Experience in design of electrical and mechanical installation
• Sound possession of working knowledge of the BO, regulations, codes, etc. and control of building works by other authorities
• Familiar the field procedures to meet local statutory requirements
• Experience in commercial project (especially retail, F&B and license premises) will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered
