Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and execute all aspects of marketing and communication activities to support brand development and business needs.
  • Assist in plan and implement creative and impactful brand marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, product launch, retail promotion, and event management.
  • Collaborate closely across departments and external partners (e.g. brand principals, distributors, dealers, and service vendors, etc.) to coordinate and oversee all brand and marketing activities.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers in the creation of marketing and communications materials or collaterals from concepts, layout to artwork development.
  • Content writing for online and offline marketing material, including website, social media posts and literature. 
  • Gift sourcing for corporate/brands and order handling.
  • Manage the media library and contact list on mailing system.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
     

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant marketing work experience, more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • A good team player and highly self-motivated individual who has a can-do attitude, independent and detail-minded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, knowledge on simple graphic and video editing software such as Canva and Clipchamp.
  • Strong relationships with KOLs or PR agencies would be an advantage.
