Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment life cycle including sourcing candidates from different channels, job postings, coordination of job interviews, on-boarding & off-boarding process.
- Provide daily HR support services including maintaining accuracy in HR report, leave records, personnel files and filing system, etc.
- Perform C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF administration
- Ensure the local HR processes and policies in compliance to local law requirement
- Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant)
- Strong proficiency in official document writing is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication, detail-oriented, proactive, ambitious, and able to handle work pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Hong Kong permanent resident only
