Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Group’s executive board & management
• Serve as a key member of senior management team, involved in formulating and implementing business and financial strategy
• In charge of Finance & Accounting and related departments
• Oversee, lead & drive excellence in all financial planning & strategy, control of financial budgets, forecasts and plans, reporting, audit and internal control operations
• Analyze and act upon key performance indicators to measure and improve business and operations performance
• Identify and implement ongoing operational and structural improvements and cost efficiencies
• Review monthly consolidated financial statements and management reports, tax filing and perform financial analysis
• Oversee & ensure efficient compliance on all Group audit, legal and tax matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree preferred
• CPA/ACCA qualification required
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional working experience with minimum 3 years’ experience as Financial Controller or equivalent position at multinational companies
• Strong business acumen, strategic decision-making, analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Industry experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, and/or retail consumer services is a plus
